Operations Assistant

Key responsibilities

1. Oversee and execute day-to-day operations efficiently
2. Coordinate bookings, confirmations, and ground logistics
3. Manage communication between travel agents, guides, and hosts
4. Handle quick responses to partners via mobile and email
5. Maintain accurate reservation records in the Zoho system

Requirements

1. Experience in travel/hospitality is an advantage
2. Strong English communication skills (other languages are a plus)
3. Excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills
4. Team player with a customer-first mindset
5. Good knowledge of Gmail; Zoho experience is an advantage
