Key responsibilities

  1. Manage day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently.
  2. Assist and support staff in daily office operations.
  3. Handle document collection and delivery promptly and securely.
  4. Maintain proper filing systems.
  5. Support coordination of meetings, logistics, and office activities.
  6. Assist in basic data entry and report preparation.
  7. Ensure office cleanliness, organization, and availability of supplies.
  8. Coordinate with external service providers when required.

Qualifications & requirements

  1. GCE A/L qualification.
  2. Age below 28 years.
  3. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Strong time management and organizational skills.
