Nursing Officer

Requirements

1. Degree or diploma in nursing
2. Must be a registered nurse (SLNC registration mandatory)
3. Pervious experience in ICU or emergency care setting will be a strong advantage
4. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting
5. Strong knowledge of infection control and sterilization standards
6. Excellent communication and patient counseling skills
7. Fluency in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an added advantage)

Responsibilities

1. Deliver high-quality patient care while ensuring safety and comfort
2. Assist doctors during medical and aesthetic procedures
3. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
4. Ensure strict adherence to clinical hygiene, sterilization, and safety protocols
5. Educate patients on treatments, procedures, and aftercare
6. Support smooth day-to-day clinical operations
