Customer Service Executive
A Customer Service Executive’s role is to ensure a business’ customers receive outstanding support and all their needs are met. Customer Service Executives oversee the customer support department’s day-to-day functions as well as establish standards and protocols to be used by the customer service team to promote customer satisfaction.
FUNCTIONS AND RDSPONSIBILITY:
- Act as the central point of contact for customer queries and issues.
- Communicate with external customers on the status of the fleet and ensure issue resolution process is effectively executed.
- Communicate with the internal technical teams in order to complete the installation and inspections successfully.
- Ensure the daily system monitoring activities are carried out and the troubleshooting process is followed accordingly.
- Prepare manuals, supporting documents as required and carry out user training for customers.

- Hands on experience working with the internet and computers is a requirement.
- Previous experience working with software-based applications/ systems is an added advantage.
- Previous customer service experience is an added advantage.
- Minimum GCE Advance level with 1-2 years of working experience.
- Degree / Diploma in IT is an added advantage.
