Customer Service Executive

A Customer Service Executive’s role is to ensure a business’ customers receive outstanding support and all their needs are met. Customer Service Executives oversee the customer support department’s day-to-day functions as well as establish standards and protocols to be used by the customer service team to promote customer satisfaction.

FUNCTIONS AND RDSPONSIBILITY:
  • Act as the central point of contact for customer queries and issues.
  • Communicate with external customers on the status of the fleet and ensure issue resolution process is effectively executed.
  • Communicate with the internal technical teams in order to complete the installation and inspections successfully.
  • Ensure the daily system monitoring activities are carried out and the troubleshooting process is followed accordingly.
  • Prepare manuals, supporting documents as required and carry out user training for customers.

  • Hands on experience working with the internet and computers is a requirement.
  • Previous experience working with software-based applications/ systems is an added advantage.
  • Previous customer service experience is an added advantage.
  • Minimum GCE Advance level with 1-2 years of working experience.
  • Degree / Diploma in IT is an added advantage.
