Merchandising Executive (Sales & Marketing)

Role overview

The Merchandising Executive (Sales and Marketing) will be responsible for ensuring our products are promoted effectively at retail outlets, driving sales performance, expanding market reach and building strong relationships with retailers and customers.

Key responsibilities

1. Plan and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
2. Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients and retailers.
3. Promote products through various marketing activities, campaigns and in-store promotions.
4. Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends and provide insights to improve results.
5. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product availability and effective promotions.
7. Prepare reports on sales performance, customer feedback and market activities.

Requirements

1. Minimum 1 year experience in sales, marketing, merchandising or a related field.
2. Age below 35 years.
3. Motorbike required with a valid riding license.
4. Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior and sales techniques.
5. Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
6. Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently.
7. Willing to travel extensively.
