About the company

Key responsibilities

1. Prepare detailed MEP drawings, designs, and project documentation.
2. Coordinate with clients, consultants, project managers, and site teams.
3. Estimate material quantities and manage procurement.
4. Supervise labor and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
5. Participate in tendering, billing, and quality control processes.
6. Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety and design standards.

Requirements / qualifications

1. BSc in mechanical/electrical engineering or related field, or equivalent.
2. 10 years’ experience in engineering projects, covering both MEP and construction.
3. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems.
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar software.
5. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
