5. Achieve assigned membership and investment targets
6. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Qualifications

1. Experience in membership development, sales, or financial services
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills
3. Target-oriented with basic marketing knowledge
4. Computer literacy; fieldwork capability
