Medical laboratory technologists

1. Candidate should possess a diploma in medical laboratory technology or B.Sc. in medical laboratory science or equivalent qualification.
2. Over 3 years of hands-on experience in a private sector medical laboratory.
3. Experience in quality control procedures, quality assurance, and maintaining laboratory standards.
4. Registration with Sri Lanka Medical Council (SLMC) or relevant professional body will be an added advantage.
5. Good presentation and computer skills, strong communication, and good command in English.
6. A self-motivated & energetic personality who can deliver high quality performance on clinical laboratory services.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
8. Age below 40 years.

Phlebotomists

1. One year nursing course from a recognized NTS with experience in blood drawing.
2. A minimum of 2 years experience as a phlebotomist with a fair knowledge of lab tests.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to work long hours according to the requirement.
4. Age below 35 years.
