Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)

Key responsibilities

1. Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests accurately and efficiently.
2. Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of specimens.
3. Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments.
4. Adhere strictly to safety and quality control protocols.

Requirements

1. Diploma or degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from a recognized institution.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical laboratory.
3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
4. SLMC registration as a Medical Laboratory Technician would be an added advantage.
