Marketing executive

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote services and packages across all properties.
2. Coordinate with digital marketing vendors to manage online campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization.
3. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to ensure KPIs are achieved, providing regular reports to management.
4. Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging content that reflects the brand’s values and appeals to the target audience.
5. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
6. Organize and participate in promotional events, both online and offline, to enhance brand awareness.
7. Maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other stakeholders.
8. Ensure all marketing materials and communications are consistent with the brand’s image and voice.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the hospitality or wellness industry.
3. Proven experience in digital marketing and familiarity with various digital platforms and tools.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Willingness to travel regularly to other properties as needed.
8. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing software applications.
