Key duties & responsibilities

1. Lead and manage end-to-end distribution and logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to all business locations.
2. Analyze, review, and continuously optimize distribution routes to improve delivery efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
3. Oversee the outbound fleet operations, ensuring proper maintenance, service scheduling, and compliance to minimize operational disruptions.
4. Manage the overall operations of the Central Processing Unit (CPU) including inventory management, warehousing, inbound and outbound logistics.
5. Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems to ensure accuracy, minimize stock losses, and improve stock visibility.
6. Plan and conduct monthly stock-taking processes across all categories while ensuring accurate inventory reconciliation.
7. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency across logistics and warehouse operations.
8. Ensure all warehouse facilities, infrastructure, and material handling equipment are maintained to the highest operational and safety standards.
9. Monitor operational KPIs and provide data-driven insights to improve distribution performance and cost management.

Key qualifications & requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business management, or a related discipline from a recognized university or professional institution.
2. Minimum 8 years of proven experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably within the retail, FMCG, or warehouse operations sector.
3. Hands-on experience with ERP systems and logistics management systems will be a strong advantage.
4. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities effectively.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
6. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
7. Age below 45 years.
