Sisili Hanaro Encare is an environmental engineering company and leader in clinical waste management in Sri Lanka, where our services are much needed. Our philosophy also extends beyond waste management in that we consider us as part of a circular system where all material from our day-to-day lives can be applied in various processing cycles.

Responsibilities

1. Identify and develop corporate partnerships for waste management, recycling, ESG, and circular economy solutions.
2. Convert sustainability commitments and EPR needs into commercial programs and long-term agreements.
3. Ensure measurable environmental and business outcomes through partnerships.
4. Build and manage relationships with corporates, manufacturers, retailers, and institutions.
5. Develop partnership-driven revenue opportunities across core services.
6. Support business growth through strategic corporate engagement.

Requirements

1. Degree in business management, marketing, environmental management, sustainability, or related field.
2. 4-7 years’ experience in business development, key account management, or corporate partnerships.
3. Experience in ESG, CSR, sustainability, waste management, or environmental services preferred.
4. Exposure to working with corporates, institutions, or large clients.
5. Good understanding of sustainability, recycling, and environmental practices.
6. Existing network within Sri Lankan corporates, CSR, procurement teams, or industry bodies is an advantage.
