Manager – Sales (Islamic Center)

We are seeking a dynamic, results oriented professional to lead our Islamic Center sales operations and drive business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage sales activities related to the Islamic Center project and associated property developments.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, community stakeholders, and business partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analyses for management review.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or real estate marketing.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent networking and relationship management abilities.
- Fluency in Sinhala and English; knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage.
