Manager – Quality Assurance
We are a leading Sri Lankan plastic packaging solutions provider with including printed laminated tubes exclusively catering to local and multinational brands with innovative and reliable solutions to food packaging, beverages, chemical, pharmaceutical and personal care products while adhering to high safety and environment standards with the accreditation of ISO 9001:2015 & 22000:2018. We are seeking young, energetic & qualified individual for the below mentioned positions for our factory located in Matugama.
Responsibilities
- Will be responsible to all operation of quality & quality assurance department.
- Will be responsible to all internal and external audits.
- Will be responsible to customer complaint handling process.
- Will be responsible to manage day to day quality issues.
- Will be responsible to maintain ISO standard and other supplier audit standards.
Required qualification & experience
- Should be a degree holder with physical science or polymer science from a recognized university.
- Proven experience in quality assurance & quality control department in a large or medium scale manufacturing company with at least 10 years experiences.
- Having a quality management diploma and experiences on rubber & plastic industry will be an added qualification.
- Should have thorough knowledge on quality management systems and ISO standards.
- Strong knowledge on problem solving technique and ability to resolve quality issues effectively.
- Ability to pay meticulous attention to identify even minor defects or deviation from the quality standard.
- Excellent communication skill in both Sinhala & English.
- Sound knowledge in MS Word & excellent in Excel.
- Age will be considered up to 50 years.
