Manager – people & culture
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR manager to join our team at Radisson Blu Resort, Galle. The ideal candidate will be passionate about people management and driving a strong hospitality culture aligned with our ‘Yes I Can!’ service philosophy.
Key responsibilities
- Lead all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training & development
- Ensure compliance with Sri Lankan labour laws and company policies
- Drive employee engagement and retention strategies
- Manage payroll coordination and HRMIS systems
- Support leadership in building a high-performance culture
- Capable of handling labour tribunal (LT) cases
Candidate profile
- Degree/diploma in human resources management or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of HR experience in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced resort environment
