Manager – Pack House
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily pack house operations
- Supervise packing, grading, dispatch, and staff
- Maintain quality, hygiene, and cold chain standards
- Monitor productivity, wastage, and reporting
- Coordinate with harvest, logistics, and sales teams
Skills and competencies
- Diploma or degree in agriculture, food science, food technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in pack house, food processing, or fresh produce operations
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Computer literacy and reporting ability
- Willing to work full-time on site in Welimada and also travel between sites
Added advantage
Training or certification in HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, food safety, or quality control systems.
