Manager – Operations

CLIO Hotel Bolgoda, a premier destination for leisure, events, and hospitality excellence, is seeking a dynamic & experienced Manager – Operations to lead our operations team.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee day-to-day hotel operations of a limited or full-service property.
2. Manage and execute events including weddings, homecomings, corporate functions, and private gatherings.
3. Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction and service excellence.
4. Lead, motivate, and develop the hotel team to deliver seamless operations.
5. Drive operational efficiency while maintaining luxury service standards.

Requirements

1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity in hotel operations.
2. Proven expertise in event handling (weddings, homecomings, corporate events).
3. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
4. Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and late nights.
5. A passion for hospitality and delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
