Manager – Industrial Flooring

We are looking for a dynamic, technically competent, and result-oriented professional to join our team as Manager – Industrial Flooring. The selected candidate will lead and oversee the company’s industrial flooring and floor coating operations, including project execution, flooring material sales coordination, client coordination, procurement, negotiations, and overall operational management.

Key responsibilities

1. Oversee and manage industrial flooring and coating projects from commencement to completion.
2. Supervise epoxy, polyurethane, and specialized flooring/coating applications.
3. Manage project planning, site execution, quality assurance, and project coordination.
4. Conduct project negotiations, tender reviews, and commercial discussions with clients and suppliers.
5. Handle procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor coordination.
6. Ensure timely completion of projects within approved budgets and quality standards.
7. Lead operational teams and provide technical and managerial guidance.
8. Develop client relationships and support business development activities.

Requirements

1. B.Sc. degree in civil engineering or equivalent engineering qualification.
2. Minimum 8 years’ experience in civil construction and industrial flooring/coating applications.
3. Experience in project management, procurement, and operational leadership.
4. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in the following can be an advantage:
5. Epoxy flooring systems
6. Polyurethane flooring systems
7. Protective coatings and concrete floor repair works
8. Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
