Manager – Inbound Operations

Job responsibilities

1. Oversee end-to-end inbound tour operations from inquiry to completion.
2. Design and execute customized itineraries for international clients.
3. Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, guides, and other suppliers.
4. Supervise and support the operations team for efficient service delivery.
5. Manage client communication to ensure high customer satisfaction.
6. Monitor costs and ensure profitability of tours and packages.
7. Handle escalations and resolve operational issues promptly.
8. Ensure compliance with company service standards and quality benchmarks.
9. Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international partners.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in tourism, hospitality, business administration, or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in inbound tour operations or destination management.
3. Strong experience in itinerary planning and ground handling.
4. Proven leadership and team management skills.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
6. Good knowledge of supplier coordination, costing, and operations planning.
7. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
8. Proficiency in English; additional languages will be an advantage.
