Job responsibilities
- Employee recruitment, employee relations
- HR documentation
- Salary and payroll administration
- EPF / ETF payments & administration (EPF claim forms)
- Employee welfare and grievance handling
- Implementation of HR policy and social compliance audit standards
Candidate profile
- HR degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 10 experience in HR & administration, preferably in the manufacturing operation
- Very good communication skills to liaise with government authorities (labor department)
- Hands on experience in payroll software / knowledge on MS Office package
- Can-do and positive attitude and excellent communication skill
- Know on modern HR practices & very good knowledge on labor legislation & practices
- Good oral & written communication in English and Tamil
- Ability to independently handle the entire HR functions of the company
- Willingness / flexibility to travel
