Role profile
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for executives and non-executives, resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Drive talent analytics and HR reporting through dashboards, workforce insights, and data-driven decision-making.
- Regularly conduct market analysis and compensation surveys, making competitive adjustments and transparently communicating changes.
- Establish clear timelines ensuring timely increments based on performance and coordinate the planning and execution of the bonus cycle, clearly communicating criteria and monitoring budget allocations.
- Generate and analyze comprehensive reports on compensation, benefits, and HRIS metrics for strategic planning and prepare data for collective bargaining purposes.
- Lead HR digitization, AI, and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, employee experience, and process effectiveness.
- Manage the end-to-end performance management system (PMS), including KPI alignment, reviews, coaching, and process improvements.
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational and legal requirements.
- Handle white collar recruitment for executive, managerial, and specialist roles while supporting employer branding.
- Promote lean HR and continuous improvement practices through process optimization, standardization, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to support organizational effectiveness and strategic HR objectives.
Personal profile
- Degree in human resource management, business administration, management, or related field.
- Postgraduate qualification in HR or management will be an an added advantage.
- Minimum 5–7 years of progressive HR experience with exposure to multiple HR functions.
- Experience in rewards, talent analytics, performance management, and white collar recruitment is essential.
- Exposure to HR digitization, automation, and AI-enabled HR practices will be a strong advantage.
- Experience in policy formulation and deployment is preferred.
- Prior exposure to lean HR practices and continuous improvement initiatives will be an added advantage.
