Manager – HR & Admin

St. Regis Packaging (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and results-oriented HR Manager to lead and manage the Human Resources function of our organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving HR strategies, fostering employee engagement, ensuring compliance, and supporting business growth.

Requirement

1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business management, or a related field.
2. Professional HR qualification (PQHRM, CIPM, SHRM, HND, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
3. Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial HR role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
4. Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws and HR best practices.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
7. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
