Manager | Executive – Business Growth

About the company

Medfuture is seeking a passionate and results-driven Manager/Executive – Business Growth to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing strong client relationships within the Allied Health, Medical, and Nursing sectors across Australia, while delivering exceptional service and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

1. Sign up new clients and expand the organisation’s client base.
2. Collect various vacancies from each client and ensure accurate, timely updates.
3. Service and support existing clients to maintain strong, long-term relationships.
4. Act as the primary contact point for all allocated clients across every state and territory in Australia.
5. Achieve assigned client growth and portfolio targets, ensuring consistent business expansion.

Requirements

1. Excellent command of English – both spoken and written.
2. Strong experience in business development, client engagement, and cold calling.
3. Prior experience in international markets, preferably in recruitment, sales, or corporate services.
4. Must have completed schooling in English medium.
5. Or must have worked in the UK, USA, or Australian market within the last 2 to 4 years.
6. Must hold excellent business communication skills in English.
7. Must have strong customer service and proven sales track records.
8. Able to start work at 5:00 AM and finish at 1:30 PM.

Salary package

1. Executive- LKR 120,000 to 140,000
2. Manager – 130,000 to 170,000
