Manager examinations technical

Key responsibilities

1. To play a pivotal role in the work relating to the examination process.
2. Be an excellent team player in conducting assessments of students at all levels of the examinations conducted by CA Sri Lanka.
3. Ensure compliance with the curriculum of CA Sri Lanka and the manual of examination procedures when carrying out examination work.
4. Assist the examination panels in maintaining the required level of professional standards in accordance with local and global pronouncements on professional education.
5. Maintain the strictest level of confidentiality in all matters concerning the examination process.
6. Carry out specific duties assigned by the examinations consultant.

Qualifications and skills

1. A graduate from a recognised university with a minimum second-class upper division pass.
2. Must be a member of CA Sri Lanka or any other professional accounting body.
3. Preference will be given to those who have an MBA.
4. A minimum of three years of post-qualifying experience in a recognised organisation or experience in examination-related work in a similar organisation would be an added advantage.
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills in Sinhala and English, together with sound IT skills.
