Manager – Dealer Development & Quality (Automobile)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead dealer service excellence and quality assurance across our automobile network.

Key responsibilities

1. Drive dealer service development and ensure alignment with brand standards.
2. Monitor performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
3. Conduct quality audits and enforce compliance across service centers.
4. Design and deliver training programs to enhance dealer capabilities.
5. Support the development of outstation dealers through guidance and site visits.
6. Lead initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and service experience.

Ideal candidate

1. Bachelor’s degree in automobile engineering or a related field (preferred).
2. 5–8 years of experience in the automobile industry, preferably in dealer network or service operations.
3. Strong expertise in dealer management, service operations and quality assurance.
4. Proven ability to drive process improvements and performance enhancements.
5. Excellent stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service excellence and continuous improvement.
