Manager | Asst. Manager – Sales | Marketing

Manager/ assistant manager – sales/ marketing will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strong relationships with clients and advertising agencies, and identifying new business opportunities within the digital media landscape. The role requires a proactive individual with strong communication, negotiation, and market development skills.

Key responsibilities

1. Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brands, and advertising agencies.
3. Identify and secure new business opportunities and partnerships.
4. Manage end-to-end client coordination, from pitching to campaign execution.
5. Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and sales reports.
6. Coordinate with internal creative and operations teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
8. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
9. Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and industry engagements.

Required qualifications & skills

1. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in digital media, advertising, or related industries.
2. Proven experience in dealing with clients, agencies, and corporate accounts.
3. Strong network within the advertising/media industry will be an added advantage.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
5. Ability to work independently and achieve targets under pressure.
6. Good understanding of digital marketing, branding, and media trends.
7. Professional qualification in marketing, business management, or a related field is preferred.
