Job duties & responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day administrative activities and maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment.
- Handling transport, canteen, security, housekeeping, hostel and all administration requirements of the company.
- Lead and supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks and responsibilities to ensure smooth workflow.
- Develop and manage the administrative budget and monitor and control expenses related to office operations.
- Based on the risk assessment, determine arrange the types of insurance coverage for company.
- Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, mechanics, and other staff and provide guidance, training, and support to the maintenance team.
- Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and disruption to operations.
Skills & qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a similar position and professional qualifications in business administration, management in recognized institute.
- Aged below 50 years with an outgoing personality and go getter attitude.
- Proficiency in office software (such as Microsoft Office) and familiarity with office equipment and technology is typically required.
- Should be innovative, dynamic and able to work on fight deadlines around the clock where your creativity will be challenged.
