Job duties & responsibilities

  1. Supervise and manage day-to-day administrative activities and maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment.
  2. Handling transport, canteen, security, housekeeping, hostel and all administration requirements of the company.
  3. Lead and supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks and responsibilities to ensure smooth workflow.
  4. Develop and manage the administrative budget and monitor and control expenses related to office operations.
  5. Based on the risk assessment, determine arrange the types of insurance coverage for company.
  6. Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, mechanics, and other staff and provide guidance, training, and support to the maintenance team.
  7. Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and disruption to operations.

Skills & qualifications

  1. Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a similar position and professional qualifications in business administration, management in recognized institute.
  2. Aged below 50 years with an outgoing personality and go getter attitude.
  3. Proficiency in office software (such as Microsoft Office) and familiarity with office equipment and technology is typically required.
  4. Should be innovative, dynamic and able to work on fight deadlines around the clock where your creativity will be challenged.
