Management trainee | interns – HR talent aquistion & CSR

OXO Tech is a fast-growing software services company with a team of 100+ skilled professionals, delivering bespoke software development, resource augmentation, and system integration solutions to clients across the USA, Canada, Australia, the UK, and the UAE.

As part of our expansion strategy, we are diversifying into tourism, e-commerce, and education verticals. To support this growth, we are looking to onboard management trainee/ interns – HR, talent aquistion and CSR to join our dynamic team.

Key responsibilities

1. Support recruitment and talent acquisition activities including CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication
2. Assist in HR operations such as employee records, onboarding, confirmations, and HR documentation
3. Support CSR initiatives including planning, coordination, reporting, and stakeholder communication
4. Assist in organizing training, engagement, and welfare programs
5. Support employer branding activities in collaboration with marketing teams
6. Maintain HR data, reports, and dashboards
7. Assist HR leadership in day-to-day administrative and strategic tasks

Qualifications & requirements

1. Undergraduate or fresh graduate in HRM, business management, psychology, social sciences, or a related field
2. Strong communication skills in English (Sinhala/Tamil is an added advantage)
3. Good interpersonal and coordination skills
4. Basic knowledge of HR concepts, recruitment processes, and CSR practices
5. Proficiency in MS office / Google workspace
6. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team
