Management Trainee / Intern – Digital Marketing

As part of our expansion strategy, we are diversifying into tourism, e-commerce, and education verticals. To support this growth, we are looking to onboard executive/ management trainee/ interns – digital marketing to join our dynamic team.

Key responsibilities

1. Strategizing, planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, websites, and email platforms.
2. Create, manage, and schedule digital content while ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
3. Social media management by monitoring engagement, responding to inquiries, and growing online presence.
4. Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare basic performance reports and insights.
5. Manage SEO activities, website content updates, and lead generation initiatives.
6. Conduct market, audience, and competitor research to support digital strategy improvements.
7. Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to support digital marketing initiatives.

Qualifications & experience

1. Bachelor’s degree (or following) in marketing, digital media, or a related field.
2. 1+ years of experience in paid media campaign management (trainees are encouraged to apply).
3. Proficiency in digital advertising platforms.
4. Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting and data-driven optimization.
5. Familiarity with audience segmentation & retargeting.
6. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
7. Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for maximizing content impact.
8. Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, platform updates, and consumer behavior.
