Management associate | marketing (professional development programs)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Management associate/ marketing attached to the Department of Professional Development Programs.

Key duties & responsibilities

1. Assisting with the marketing activities for SLIIT Professional Development Programs.
2. Creating and monitoring PDP social media accounts.
3. Overlooking PDP student enrollment activities.
4. Supporting and promptly addressing the needs of PDP students.
5. Supporting back-office work by preparing memos and other documentation whenever needed.
6. Representing PDP at educational fairs and outreach activities.

Minimum requirements

1. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized university/ institution.
2. At least two years of work experience after obtaining the educational qualifications.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and able to work under pressure.
6. Strong customer service orientation to support and assist students effectively.
