Key responsibilities

1. Carry out preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance of machinery, equipment and utilities.
2. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and electrical systems and ensure prompt repairs to minimize downtime.
3. Ensure smooth operation of production equipment and support production teams.
4. Maintain records of maintenance activities, spare parts and equipment performance.
5. Follow safety policies, 5s standards and good housekeeping practices.

Qualifications & experience

1. NVQ level 4 / diploma in mechanical, electrical or mechatronic technology.
2. 2 – 4 years of experience in maintenance in a manufacturing or food processing environment.
3. Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems.
4. Ability to read technical drawings and maintenance manuals.
5. Basic knowledge of PLC and automation systems is an advantage.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, teamwork and willingness to work in shifts if required.
