Maintenance Supervisor
We are looking for a highly motivated Maintenance Supervisor to join immediately.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machinery, equipment, and infrastructure to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for maintenance and repair work.
- Monitor and optimize energy usage while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and performance.
Key requirements
- Certificate level qualification in Building maintenance.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance (preferably in a similar role).
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
