Maintenance Supervisor / Maintenance Executive

LPK is seeking experienced and responsible individuals to join our maintenance team in Borella. The ideal candidates should have strong technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and hands-on experience in handling building and facility maintenance operations.

Requirements

1. Age 35 years or above
2. Proven experience in maintenance, facility management, or a related field
3. Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general maintenance work
4. Ability to supervise maintenance staff and coordinate repairs efficiently
5. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
6. Ability to work independently and manage operational responsibilities

Key responsibilities

1. Oversee daily maintenance operations and repair activities
2. Conduct inspections and ensure facilities are maintained to high standards
3. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
4. Monitor equipment performance and minimise operational downtime
5. Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures
6. Maintain maintenance records and reports
