Maintenance Officer | Supervisor
Should be a result oriented and operations minded individual with ability to coordinate and handling variety of scheduled, proactive and preventive maintenance of the property, building, ground and infrastructures. Preferred age group: below 50 years. Should be able to work extended hours when required.
Key responsibilities
- Supervision of housekeeping and maintenance of sanitization equipment and facilities.
- Supervising and attending to breakdown maintenance and electrical fault findings.
- Supervision and monitoring of generator & AC maintenance.
Educational and professional qualifications
- Diploma / professional qualification (NVQ level 03 or above) and or
- 2-5 years experience in the similar capacity.
