Logistic Executive

Key responsibilities

1. Coordinate and monitor import shipments from origin to destination, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
2. Liaise with headquarter logistics team to facilitate smooth cargo movement.
3. Ensure compliance with import regulations, including import licenses, letters of credit (LC), and other statutory requirements.
4. Maintain accurate records of shipments and related documentation.
5. Support internal teams with logistics information, shipment updates, and documentation requirements.
6. Contribute to continuous improvement of logistics processes and operational efficiency.

Candidate requirements

1. G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification; a diploma or higher qualification in logistics or shipping management from a recognized institution is preferred.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar logistics or shipping role.
3. Prior experience handling pesticide or agrochemical shipments will be considered a significant advantage.
4. Professional qualifications in Logistics or Supply Chain Management are desirable.
5. Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
6. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
7. Solid understanding of Import Licensing, LC procedures, and shipping documentation.
