Logistic executive – export

A leading supplier of magnetic components including telecom, industrial, automotive, medical and renewable energy. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive logistics executive for export to oversee and manage our export process.

Key responsibilities

1. Coordinate end-to-end export order processing.
2. Communicate with internal teams and external customers regarding delivery status, documentation, and shipment schedules.
3. Manage logistics for outgoing shipments, including preparation of documentation for customs clearance.
4. Prepare and maintain reports related to export and logistics activities.
5. Liaise with relevant government authorities to obtain approvals required for shipping and export processes.

Required skills and qualifications

1. Diploma or a management qualification in logistics or a related field.
2. Prior experience in a logistics or export-related role.
3. Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English.
4. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP systems is an added advantage.
5. Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
