Responsibilities

  1. Procurement planning and supply chain management
  2. Stock management
  3. Delivery (transport) management
  4. Assets and property management (including premises)
  5. Fleet and fuel management

Required qualifications and technical competencies

  1. High school diploma or equivalent in supply chain management / logistics
  2. Minimum 2 years’ experience as a logistics assistant at a reputed firm.
  3. Sound knowledge of procurement process, asset management, fleet management and vendor management.

Skills

  1. Fluent in reading, speaking, and writing in English and at least one national languages.
  2. Ability to work with Outlook and MS Office (Word, Excel and Power point).
  3. Strong communication, memorization, and teamwork skills.
  4. Outstanding organizational and investigative abilities.
  5. Capacity to perform your duties diligently, particularly during stressful periods.
  6. Should have a valid motorbike license and willing to travel in the field when required.
