Job requirements
- G.C.E advanced level qualification
- Experience as a loading-unloading supervisor or in a similar capacity would be an added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams
- People management skills and problem-solving skills
- Team orientation
- Experience in an agricultural environment is preferred
