Learning & Development Executive

Responsibilities

  1. Design, coordinate, and deliver engaging training programs aligned with business needs in collaboration with the Head Office
  2. Conduct basic service standards and soft skills training under guidance
  3. Assist in planning and executing training programs for hospitality staff across departments (front office, F&B, housekeeping, kitchen, etc.)
  4. Support employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration
  5. Identify training gaps, conduct relevant training sessions, and evaluate feedback and effectiveness
  6. Facilitate soft skills, service excellence, and operational training programs
  7. Maintain and update training records, reports, LMS data, and learning calendars in a timely manner
  8. Conduct annual training needs analysis (TNA) and assessments
  9. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external training partners to enhance learning initiatives

Requirements

  1. Diploma/degree in human resources, hospitality management, or a related field
  2. Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in learning & development or HR, preferably in the hospitality industry
  3. Strong communication, interpersonal skill, presentation, and facilitation skills
  4. Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
  5. Proficiency in MS Office applications
  6. Passion for people development and hospitality excellence
