Learning & Development Executive

Responsibilities
- Design, coordinate, and deliver engaging training programs aligned with business needs in collaboration with the Head Office
- Conduct basic service standards and soft skills training under guidance
- Assist in planning and executing training programs for hospitality staff across departments (front office, F&B, housekeeping, kitchen, etc.)
- Support employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration
- Identify training gaps, conduct relevant training sessions, and evaluate feedback and effectiveness
- Facilitate soft skills, service excellence, and operational training programs
- Maintain and update training records, reports, LMS data, and learning calendars in a timely manner
- Conduct annual training needs analysis (TNA) and assessments
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external training partners to enhance learning initiatives
Requirements
- Diploma/degree in human resources, hospitality management, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in learning & development or HR, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong communication, interpersonal skill, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Passion for people development and hospitality excellence
