Lead Sales & Marketing – RCM

We’re looking for a driven, healthcare-savvy sales leader to own and grow our RCM portfolio. You’ll build lasting partnerships with health systems, physician groups, and billing organizations — turning complex revenue cycle challenges into closed deals.
What you’ll do
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets across RCM product lines.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with hospitals, health systems, physician practices, and specialty groups.
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation, contract execution, and handoff to implementation.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline using CRM tools; deliver accurate forecasting to executive leadership.
- Partner with marketing, product, and operations to craft compelling proposals and demonstrations tailored to each prospect.
- Represent the company at healthcare industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
- Mentor and support junior sales team members as the team scales.
What you bring
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, and 2+ years operational experience on revenue cycle management + health IT, or healthcare services.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota in a complex, consultative sales environment.
- Deep understanding of RCM workflows — billing, coding, denial management, AR follow-up, and reimbursement.
- Strong executive presence and comfort presenting to C-suite and VP-level buyers.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and modern sales enablement tools.
- Excellent written, verbal, and negotiation skills with high emotional intelligence.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
