Your role

As the kitchen manager, you will oversee end-to-end operations, ensuring exceptional speed and consistency across multiple product lines. You will be responsible for translating culinary standards into a high-efficiency production system.

Responsibilities

Product quality & consistency

  1. Oversee the preparation of fried chicken to exact timing, temperature, and breading specifications.
  2. Execute gourmet hot dog assembly with a focus on precision and presentation.
  3. Manage the production of signature sauces using strict standardized measurements.
  4. Conduct rigorous quality and taste checks to maintain brand integrity.

Operations & systems management

  1. Lead a high-efficiency cloud kitchen environment optimized for delivery.
  2. Balance rapid service times with uncompromising quality control.
  3. Implement and enforce strict opening, mid-shift, and closing protocols.
  4. Maintain a grade-a standard of kitchen cleanliness and food safety.

Team leadership

  1. Train and transition staff from traditional cooking methods to QSR system-based execution.
  2. Manage shift scheduling, performance reviews, and team accountability.
  3. Foster a culture of discipline and excellence within the kitchen.

Inventory & cost control

  1. Monitor stock levels across all key categories (proteins, bakery, sauces, packaging).
  2. Implement waste-reduction strategies and improve yield.
  3. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the consistency of raw materials.

Requirements

  1. Experience: 4–6 years in a high-volume hot kitchen, QSR, or fast-casual environment.
  2. Technical skills: Strong proficiency in deep-frying systems, prep-line optimization, and kitchen management software.
  3. Leadership: Proven ability to manage multi-product kitchens under high-pressure conditions.
  4. Education: A background from a recognized hotel school is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
