As we are expanding our operation locally and regionally, we are looking for a Human Resources Executive who will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR operations of Sri Lanka which includes all aspects of strategizing, implementing, managing, and monitoring activities related to Recruitment & Selection, Employee Relations & Engagement, and Rewards & Recognition, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Department Heads to process their respective department Manpower Planning Activities
- Responsible for end-to-end Recruitment & Onboarding in the respective business area while maintaining or improving quality of hire
- Manage & develop the talent & development function throughout Operations in order to ensure the availability of a healthy talent pipeline for current & emerging needs
- Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data
- Ensures successful Service Delivery on HR Operational functional by promoting proactive approaches, engaging, placing, and utilizing the latest technology efficiently and satisfying the internal customer
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Analyze, Measure, and ensure the deployed HR Metrix and Controls are supporting the Business performance and generating appropriate and precise data for business decisions making
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management in Operations
- Discipline & Grievance Management, Bridge management, and employee relations by addressing employee issues
- Act as point of contact in coordination with Head Quarters on report generation and other activities
Key Qualification:
- Bachelor’s HRM Degree or PQHRM or any equivalent qualification from a recognized University/institution
- Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity
- Sound Bilingual Oral & Verbal Communication in both English and Sinhala/Tamil
- Sound Knowledge in Sri Lanka Labour law and Proficiency in MS Office Applications
- Strong leadership & interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of an organization and the ability to drive accountability
- Male or Female aged below 40
