Junior logistic executive

About the company

We are an Australian-based, internationally recognized garment manufacturing company specializing in high-quality jackets, pants, and premium apparel for global markets. As we continue to expand our production capabilities, we are looking for talented, passionate, and experienced professionals to join our dynamic team.

Key responsibilities

1. Handle both imports and exports logistic operations.
2. Coordinate shipment schedules, customs clearance, and documentation.
3. Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, suppliers, and internal dept.
4. Manage import/export documentation including invoices, packing list, shipping documents, and customs -related requirements.
5. Ensure timely delivery of raw materials and dispatch of finished goods.
6. Support inventory movement, shipment tracking, and dispatch planning.

Requirements

1. Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in import and export logistics operations.
2. Good knowledge of shipping documentation, customs procedures, and freight coordination.
3. Familiarity with custom procedures and import / export regulations will be an added advantage.
4. Strong organizational and communication skills.
5. Proficiency in MS office applications.
6. Relevant qualifications in logistics/supply chain management preferred.
