Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain IT systems and infrastructure independently.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Conduct research and development to identify and recommend technology improvements.
- Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and security of IT operations.
- Assist in the implementation of new systems, tools, and technologies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support day-to-day technology needs.
Requirements
- Sound foundational knowledge in information technology.
- Ability to handle IT systems independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong enthusiasm for learning and keeping up with emerging technologies.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong research and development mindset.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Degree or diploma in IT, computer science, or a related field (or currently enrolled).
Programming or software development skills are not required for this role. We welcome candidates who are strong in IT systems, support, and research — even if you have no coding background.
Candidates with knowledge or hands-on experience in any of the following will be given preference:
- Power BI — data visualisation and business intelligence reporting.
- QuickBooks — accounting and financial management software.
