Key responsibilities

1. Handle inquiries and bookings for outbound tour packages.
2. Prepare travel itineraries based on clients requirements and budget.
3. Follow-up with the clients and maintain accurate booking records.
4. Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

1. Experience in handling outbound tour packages.
2. A diploma or certification in travel & tourism or ticketing will be an added advantage.
3. Knowledge of GDS systems will be an added advantage.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
