Junior executive operation
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive warehouse lead / senior warehouse supervisor to support and manage day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations at our Welisara facility in Sri Lanka. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient workflows, accurate inventory management, smooth coordination across operations team, and exceptional service delivery to customers. Key responsibilities
- Assist in supervising daily warehouse and logistics operations to ensure smooth and timely execution of tasks.
- Coordinate with warehouse, transport, customer service teams to ensure accurate order processing.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and ensure accurate system updates.
- Support in preparing operational reports and performance metrics.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Handle documentation related to inbound and outbound goods, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Support operations team to maintain productivity targets.
Candidate profile
- Advanced diploma or diploma in logistics, supply chain management, administration, or a related field.
- Age 25-40
- 5-7 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong and proven ability in leading teams, delegating tasks effectively while ensuring smooth operations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP, or logistics software is an advantage.
- Willingness to be hands-on and flexible with working hours, including shift work if required.
