Junior executive operation

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive warehouse lead / senior warehouse supervisor to support and manage day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations at our Welisara facility in Sri Lanka. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient workflows, accurate inventory management, smooth coordination across operations team, and exceptional service delivery to customers. Key responsibilities

  1. Assist in supervising daily warehouse and logistics operations to ensure smooth and timely execution of tasks.
  2. Coordinate with warehouse, transport, customer service teams to ensure accurate order processing.
  3. Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and ensure accurate system updates.
  4. Support in preparing operational reports and performance metrics.
  5. Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
  6. Handle documentation related to inbound and outbound goods, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  7. Support operations team to maintain productivity targets.

Candidate profile

  1. Advanced diploma or diploma in logistics, supply chain management, administration, or a related field.
  2. Age 25-40
  3. 5-7 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Strong and proven ability in leading teams, delegating tasks effectively while ensuring smooth operations.
  5. Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  6. Good communication skills in English and Sinhala.
  7. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  8. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP, or logistics software is an advantage.
  9. Willingness to be hands-on and flexible with working hours, including shift work if required.
