Junior Executive – Information Technology

Gamma Pizzakraft Lanka (Pvt) Ltd is the single franchisee for Pizza Hut and Taco Bell in Sri Lanka with a spread of over 100+ outlets and a human capital of over 2500+ individuals. In line with our upcoming expansions, we are in look out for passionate individuals to join our IT team.

Job profile

1. Install and configure hardware and software as per company standards.
2. Attend to daily service tickets generated by outlets and ensure timely resolution.
3. Troubleshoot and provide end-user support for hardware, software, and business applications.
4. Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to the supervisor.
5. Visit outlets when required to provide onsite technical assistance.
6. Assist in the initial IT setup and deployment for new outlet openings.

Candidate profile

1. Diploma or degree in information technology from a recognized institute or university.
2. Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.
4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
5. Willing to work on a roster basis to support outlet operations during business hours.
