The job

  1. Maintain and update HRIS and relevant HR records.
  2. Prepare and issue HR correspondence such as all staff letters/internal memos.
  3. Manage all staff & internal communication activities.
  4. Monitor time, attendance and leave management.
  5. Handle industrial relations (IR) functions such as EPF/ETF and labor related matters.
  6. Manage staff welfare activities.
  7. Organize annual HR events and coordinate T & D programs.

The profile

  1. Possess a degree in HRM/Business management from a recognized institute.
  2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar role.
  3. Fluency in English.
  4. Knowledge in Canva/Visio will be an added advantage.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
