Job profile

1. High volume of phone calls will be assigned to contact delinquent customers and / or correspondence.
2. Negotiate for repayment deadlines and track the payment and repeated calls if necessary.
3. Assisting customers regarding collection issues and resolving client discrepancies.
4. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts.
5. Perform other tasks and duties necessary to support the assigned branches.
6. Meet defined department goals and activity metrics.

Candidate profile

1. Age between 21 to 28 years.
2. Process with G.C.E O/L & G.C.E A/L
3. Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays.
4. Must have good computer literacy and email.
5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. A team player.
7. A positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
8. Industrial experience in a contact center will be an added advantage.
