Key responsibilities

1. Provide first-level technical support to users for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
2. Diagnose and resolve technical problems promptly to minimize downtime.
3. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
4. Perform operating system installations, software deployments, upgrades, and patch management.
5. Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and software licenses.
6. Assist in maintaining LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and basic network infrastructure.
7. Monitor system performance and ensure smooth IT operations.
8. Support backup processes and data security practices.
9. Monitor CCTV systems and perform troubleshooting when required.

Qualifications and experience

1. HND or equivalent qualification in hardware, networking, or information technology.
2. Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar IT support role.
3. Good knowledge of hardware, networking, and CCTV systems.
4. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.
5. Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users.
6. Relevant certifications and practical exposure to cloud provisioning, IT services management, and cybersecurity protocols.
7. Male candidate residing in or near Ratmalana is preferred.
